Abacus Communications to open new call center in Dallas
Growth spurs company’s expansion to four centers nationwide, with two in Texas

 

DALLAS - Abacus Communications LC, a national e-commerce and "Top 50" teleservices call center headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA., announced today that it is opening a 106,000 square-foot facility at 8001 Stemmons Freeway. The center is the company’s fourth call center nationwide and second Texas facility, with existing operations in San Antonio, Virginia Beach, and Manchester, NH.

 

Abacus Communications is recruiting 1200-1500 employees to staff immediately this 600-seat call center. This new center will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will provide Internet customer service using proprietary web-chat software, and inbound order processing for national clients.
