  • Software Developer/Engineer - (Virginia Beach, VA) Full time position available for programming professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in Client Server Development. BS degree in CS, EE, or equivalent required. Experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle, Visual Basic required. Thin Client, HTML, ActiveX Controls and Active Server Pages experience preferred.   • IT Operations Manager - (Dallas, TX) Qualified IT professional needed to manage daily operations for a busy call center. Successful candidate will have a BS Degree in MIS or related area with 8 to 10 years experience in IT. Responsibilities include telecommunication configuration of call center systems and networks, fiscal and personnel management, configuration and management of TCP/IP LAN and WAN equipment, and operation applications support. Proficiency in design and implementation of routers, and telecom circuit equipment is essential. Experience in computer and telecommunications installation, configuration, and troubleshooting a must, as well as Microsoft Networks, Windows, NT<Windows 95 and TCP/IP. Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Telecommunications Technician - (Dallas, TX) Qualified individual with 1 to 2 years experience providing systems maintenance and configuration for telephone communication systems. Position requires familiarity with Private Branch Exchange (PBX), T1 and ISDN telecommunication protocols, central office service, trunk and subscriber lines. Responsibilities include configuring the ACD, CSU/DSU, multiplexors, telephones, hand/headsets and wiring equipment. Knowledge of desktop systems hardware and software along with LAN systems experience a plus.

  • Systems Technician - (Dallas, TX) Two positions available to provide maintenance of both computer hardware and software used in a call center environment. Installs and maintains computer, communication and networking systems. Primary responsibilities include desktop systems support for the call center floor. Proficiency in Email, MS Office, Windows and Windows NT, printers, 10 base T and call center scripting applications. Working knowledge of Novell and networking preferred.
